Clear Sigil

The caster casts this spell as they touch a magic item created by another caster. The sigil of the maker becomes visible. If more than one caster was involved in the creation of the item, only one of the sigils is made visible. The caster can then make an Arcana (Int) check with a DC equal to the caster level of the magic item creator at the time of the item's creation. On a successful check, the caster divines two of the following: the creator's name, the creator's appearance,  whether the creator is alive or dead, the creator's magical specialty, or a rough approximation of the creator's power level (low (1-5), medium (6-10), advanced (11-15), peerless (16-20).
