Backing Wind

Backing wind is a special enchantment that can be granted by the Lyre of Storms. By playing a quick melody, the wielder of the lyre can summon a backing wind to make moving and dodging easier. Allows someone to move without spending an action and to have Their armor class raised by a roll of 1d4.
