Censure

You issue a rebuke to a creature that you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become wrapped in shimmering bands of magic until the start of your next turn. If the target hits a creature with an attack before then, the target takes 1d4 force damage and the damage their attack deals is reduced by the amount of damage dealt (minimum 0).

This spell’s damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
