You create a massive downpour of food in a 30-foot radius 60-foot high cylinder centered on a point within range. Each creature within that sphere must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or gain 2d4x100 pounds and suffer 12d6 bludgeoning damage, or half as much weight and damage on a successful save.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell in a slot of 8th level or above, the damage of the spell per increases by 2d6 per slot level above 7th.
