Blood Sacrifice

You take the sacrifice of a creature within range by draining their blood, imbuing your spells with additional power. The sacrificed creature must have died in the last minute, and cannot be an undead or construct. Choose a spell you cast within the next minute; the spell's level is increased by one. Additionally you cannot increase a spell above 9th level with this spell.
