Blood Swarm

You summon a swarm of blood-sucking insects that covers a 30-foot radius centered on yourself. Each creature within the area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 5d8 piercing damage and becoming poisoned on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. You regain hit points equal to half the amount of piercing damage dealt by the swarm.
