The spellcaster summons forth great necrotic energies that cause the caster's hand to appear to wither and rot showing bone. The caster makes a melee spell attack. If successful the creature take 6d8 necrotic damage and must make a CONSTITUTION Save or suffer additional effects depending on where touched (A successful CON save means only the damage was taken). The caster may make the melee spell attack at disadvantage to determine the location of the hit. Otherwise, roll randomly (ignore the same result if subject to multiple effects).
