Arcane Riposte

When a spell is cast and hits you.  Does not affect spells that requires a saving throw.  You can use your reaction to attempt to send the spell back at your attacker.  Using your spellcasting modifier you must roll higher than 10 + the spells level that was cast.  On success, you roll to hit with that spell against your attacker, using your spell casting ability.  On hit, the damage that would have been dealt to you is rerolled and dealt to the one who cast it.
