Conjure Quasar

You point at a spot within range and create a miniature quasar, which takes the shape of a disc with a 30 foot radius. All creatures in this radius must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 10d10 force damage and 5d10 fire damage and be pulled 10 feet to the center of the disk, falling prone in the process. On a successful save, creatures take half as much damage and are not pulled.

All creatures within 30 feet of the quasar take 3d6 radiant damage, as the extremely strong radiation begins to bombard them. This damage cannot be mitigated, avoided, or careful spelled.
