Through careful practice of the magical art of healing, you have found that you can summon forth a portion of your own being to help a friend in need.
When you touch a friendly creature the target regains a number of hit points equal to 1d4 + your spellcasting ability modifier. This surge of magical energy depletes your own hit points equal to half the amount healed to the target creature.
At higher level the healing is increased by 1d4. 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).

I really like this spell. I have a Celestial Warlock who is the party healer. For him I would modify the damage take from Half to all.
This spell is really good, however you’d probably need a note about not being able to be healed by the cantrip if used by another player or you have ∞ healing. For example
Once this cantrip is used, the caster cannot benefit from any healing Cantrips until they take a long rest.
this nullifies the ability to heal spam and allows for it to work properly with other healing Cantrips other people might make, other than that this seems like a lot of fun!
