Blessing of Eophis

Eophis can target up to ten creatures that he can see within range with this spell, or choose to target the ten closest creatures, creatures with an intelligence score of 2 or lower are unaffected.

Each target must make an intelligence saving throw. On a failed through a target takes 14d6 psychic damage and is stunned. on a successful save, a target takes half as much damage and isn't stunned. Targets cannot be killed outright with this spell, they instead drops to 0 hit points and are stable.

A creature that is stunned may take an intelligence saving throw at the beginning of each of it's turns, on a successful save, the creature is no longer stunned.
