Arcane Echoes

You create an area of intense magical energy centered on yourself, causing all spells cast within a 30-foot radius of you to echo and repeat themselves. For the duration of the spell, any spell cast by a creature within the area of effect is immediately duplicated, targeting a random creature within range (including the original caster). The duplicate spell is identical to the original in all ways, including damage, duration, and any other effects.

The duplicated spell uses the same spell slot and components as the original spell, and it requires no additional action from the caster. However, the duplicate spell does not trigger any additional effects that would be caused by the casting of the original spell, such as a magical item's charges being expended.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the range of the spell's effect increases by 10 feet for every level above 4th. Additionally, the duration of the spell increases by 1 minute for every level above 4th.
