Blizzard

The caster swirls their focus in the air and creates a 15 foot radius circle of a tempestuous blizzard which limits visibility to five feet in front of you while inside the circle. The blizzard is considered difficult terrain and moves with the caster, when a creature steps into the area the caster can sense their presence, knowing exactly where they are. When the caster reaches 11th level they gain the ability to propel themselves 20 feet into the air with the blizzard’s force, allowing them to hover above the ground.
