Whisper of Murghmö

You cause a telepathic whisper to emanate from the shadow of a creature that you can see. Only the targeted creature can hear this whisper, and it speaks in a language that the creature can understand. The whisper comes from a Dark Power named Murghmö, and speaks of hopelessness and despair. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw upon hearing the utterly depressing words of Murghmö. On a failed save, the target takes 1d8 psychic damage, and it is frightened of its own shadow until the end of your next turn.

At Higher Levels. The spell’s damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8), as the subject matter of Murghmö's words becomes more depressing.
