Ballad of the Slowpoke Snail

An offensive spell-song that designates one target within 60ft of you that is in sight. The target exudes an aura reaching out for 15ft slowing them and all others around it. This spell however, garners a lot of hate from creatures and if you're too careless with this skill you will become targeted by the affected creatures. The ballad ends once one minute has passed or the caster is incapacitated or restrained. The target must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be under the effects of the slow spell for a number of rounds. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the effect early on a success.
