Aired Conditioning

This spell encompasses the air around the casters hand, causing a gentle wind to flow in an outward radius, and creating a comfortable temperature at around 65-70 degrees (casters choice). If the air is hotter then the spell, it will cool down the room and likewise warm up a room that is a colder temperature. Does not effect other elemental or otherwise wind related spells.
