Cloud Wings

You touch a creature that has a flying speed. As you touch the target, mist forms crude wings that cling to its back if it lacks wings or its wings gain misty trails if it has wings.

This spell increases the target’s flying speed by 30 feet for the duration. It has no effect on other speeds, nor does it allow the target to fly if the target loses whatever feature was granting it a flying speed when you cast this spell.

At Higher Levels:

If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the duration increases by 2 hours for each slot level above 2nd.
