Arcane Letter

You send a letter written on a parchment then folded into a paper crane which flies to a creature with which you are familiar. The creature reads the message and can answer in a like manner. The spell enables creatures with Intelligence scores of at least 5 to understand the meaning of your message. the father away the target the longer the delivery takes up to 5 days for other planes of existence.

You can send the message across any distance and even to other planes of existence, but if the target is on a different plane than you, there is a 15 percent chance that the message doesn't arrive, and is lost in the astral sea.
