Conduction

The smell of ozone fills the air as electricity begins to crackle. For the next minute, an aura of electricity appears in a 20 foot radius sphere around you, with the following effects:

• If an attack would deal Lightning damage, and the attacker is inside the aura, the attack roll has advantage.
• When a creature inside the aura casts any spell that deals Lightning damage, that creature can choose to originate it from any space inside the aura. Creatures that are forced to roll a saving throw by such a spell do so with Disadvantage.
• Creatures in the aura that take Lightning damage cannot take reactions until the start of their next turn.

The effect lingers for one round after the spell ends.
