Arcane Spear

A spear of radiant light erupts from the hand of the white robe, striking it's target for 8d6 radiant damage with a hit on a ranged spell attack. On a miss it does 2d6 radiant damage with the tail of the spear. On a hit it feeds back on to the caster, healing 50% of the damage dealt. If this healing were to put the caster to full, the remaining hit points can be distributed among allies within 30 feet.

At higher levels: For every level about 3rd that the spell is cast at add 1d6 to damage dealt (also the damage dealt on a miss)
