You blow an icy kiss towards a target, branding them with a glyph in the shape of your lips. They must succeed a charisma saving throw against your spell save DC and have disadvantage while in combat with any other creature besides you. On a failed save, they take 3d8 Cold Damage at the end of the spells duration and is considered to be charmed, regarding you as a non-threatening combatant becoming unable to harm you for the duration by your loving kiss (this effect fails instantly if the target is immune to the Charmed condition). On a successful save, they take half damage and still regard you as hostile. The targeted creature can make a saving throw at the end of each of its turns to end this effect.
Success or fail, when using this spell on the same creature within 24 hours they have advantage on the saving throw and during the duration of this spell, if you harm the target in anyway the spell ends.
You can end this spells effect with a bonus action.
At higher levels. Using a spell slot above 4th level increases the damage dealt by 1d8.
