Antimatter Beam

A beam of destructive magic 5ft wide and 120ft long springs from your hand and destroys everything in its path. A object touched by this beam vanishes instantly without a trace. If it touches a creature, they must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 7d10 force damage. For every creature killed by the beam, the beam grows 1ft more wide.
