Biden Blast

You extend your palm out to a target in range, and fire a blue sphere at them, causing them to take serious damage. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 3d6 force damage, and must make a strength save against your spell DC or be knocked back 60ft and fall prone.

At higher levels:  The spells damage increases by 2d6 per level above 3rd.
