You utter the words black flames of hades, and black flames erupt from you ingulfing you, you can then shoot them out at up to 4 creatures within range. when the flames first erupt each creature within range must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 4d8 fire damage and have disadvantage on their next attack roll against you.

The spell’s damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
