Water whips around you in a 10 ft radius centering on you. The water is centered on you and follows you. The water lasts for the spell’s duration.
The water has the following effects:
- The water warps your perspective and the perspective of creatures looking through it. Ranged attacks that pass through the radius of the sphere has disadvantage
- It extinguishes unprotected flames in its area that are torch-sized or smaller.
- The area is difficult terrain for creatures other than you
- Any source of fire damage that passes through the radius of the water deals half damage
- Any creature that willingly enters the radius takes cold damage equal to your Martial Arts die + your level (rounded down)
- Any creature other than yourself that willingly ends its turn inside the radius takes 1d4 cold damage
At any given time you may freeze the barrier, creating a 10ft wide and 10ft high wall of ice anywhere within the radius. Once the water is frozen it loses all abilities listed above, and can not be unfrozen. The ice wall can not be created in a space already occupied by a creature and can not be used to damage or trap a creature. The ice wall lasts for 10 minutes from the point is was created at which point it will melt. The ice wall does not have a time limitation if it is created in an area with temperatures below -25 Fahrenheit, but only for as long as the temperature remains below -25 Fahrenheit The ice wall has an AC of 5 and 5 hit points, at which point it is destroyed.
