Your stats do not change, and if you change your size, you have disadvantage on saving throws, acrobatics or athelethics checks (You estimate worse). However, it comes at a cost. To change your appearance, you may consume anything within 5 feet to change your appearance in this way:
Dirt:Tan/Blush
Sand:Untan (If its a thing)
Ink: Tattoos/eyeshadow/mascara/Black eye
Meat: Increasing or Decreasing size. (DM will decide how consumption ratio works)
