You summon a cluster of clouds that hover 30 feet off the ground and covers a 10 foot radius area. Light green rain sprinkles from the clouds healing those that stand underneath. Any creature that stand under the radius of the clouds regains Health equal to 1d4 + Your Spell Casting Modifier at the start of it's turn.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a 3rd level spell slot or higher, increase the Hp restored by 1d4 and the the radius of the clouds by 5 feet.
