You move your hand through the air to make a line no longer than 5 feet. This incision is then subsequently created on the surface you are targeting. The line can bend but it may never cross over itself. This incision is one inch thick and 1 foot deep. This spell cuts through any material even diamond. If you target a creature with this they take 5d10 slashing damage and if you deal at least 30 damage you can roll a d6 and the number that comes up is how many limbs (if the creature has any) you cut of with this spell. If a creature has no limbs remaining it unavoidably suffers from the paralyzed condition until one or more of its limbs are returned through regeneration or spell casting.
If cast as a ninth level spell you can cut through the weave of magic itself. When you cut the weave the spell creates no incision. Instead all magic withing 50ft of the casting is dispelled as if by a 9nth level dispel magic. All magic weapon/armor properties are suppressed and spell casting is impossible within the radius
