Arc Lightning

A thin cracking bolt of blue energy streaks toward a creature or object within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, it takes 2d6 Lightning damage, hit or miss the bolt jumps to a creature within 30 feet of the original target, that creature must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 2d4 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the initial damage increases by 1d6 and the secondary increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 1st.
