Water bolt

You hurl a ball of water at a creature or object within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 bludgeoning damage + spell casting modifier. A hit creature gains resistance to fire damage and vulnerability to lightning damage. 

This spell's creates multiple bolts of water when you reach 5th level (2), 11th level (3), and 17th level (4). You can chose to target multiple creatures with this spell
