Binding vines

Vines shoot from your body towards the target.

The targeted creature must succeed on a dexterity saving throw or be restrained by the binding vines until the spell ends. A creature restrained by the vines can use its action to make a Strength check against your constitution DC (8+ proficiency bonus + CON mod). On a success, it frees itself.

If the dexterity saving throw fails the user will lose 1d8 health otherwise the vines will return to the user.
