Placing your hands on two creatures allows you to exchange health from one creature to the other. The creatures must be within five feet each of the caster. Both creatures make a Constitution saving throw against you. On a failure, one creature of the caster's choice takes 4d6 necrotic damage, and the other creature receives half the amount of damage dealt. On a success, the drained creature rolls for half as much damage. If a creature is willing or incapacitated, then no roll is made. Until the spell ends or is ended, the creatures make another Constitution saving throw again on each of your turns as an action.

Rolls made against constructs or undead are at disadvantage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
