This spell summons a number of worms into the body of a victim, which then begin to squirm out of every orifice. The victim must succeed on the saving throw or die from multiple hemorrhages and suffocation after 1d4+1 rounds. The target must be able to die from worm related blood loss or suffocation, has no effect on creatures huge or larger. Targets who fail the saving throw cannot cast spells or use psionic abilities while infested with worms, but can move, speak, and attack normally. The worms are real in every sense and remain even after the victim has died. A remove curse or dispel magic can end the effect and save the victim's life. If the spell is ended in this way the target still take 6d8+8 damage from hemorrhaging and suffocation- and a small number of worms issue forth from the victim's body.
