A 'Spinning Blade' appears and goes towards a creature of your choice. The creature must make a Dexterity saving throw if it fails it takes 4d4 slashing damage if it succeeds it takes half that. For as long as the spell lasts you can use your bonus action to move the 'Spinning Blade' to a new target.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 2d4 for each slot level above 2nd.
