You encase your body in a thick sphere of ice. While in this ice you cannot , move or take any action outside of escaping the ice. The ice has 50 HP and an AC 20, while in the ice womb you are immune to all forms of damage when the womb is intact. The ice womb can only be destroyed by either spell damage or a magical weapon.
While in the sphere, you regain 2d10 hit points at the start of your turns while in the ice. At the end of the spell's duration, or as an action on your turn, you can cause the ice around you to explode outward. Each creature within 10ft of you must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save the creature takes 6d6 cold damage. On a successful save the creature takes half as much damage.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage dealt increases by 1d6 for each slot above 5th level and the range increased by 5ft per level above 5th.
