This spell is a reaction to damage. It returns a certain amount of damage dealt to you back to your attacker. You must say to a creature that they are not invited to your birthday party. You then make a dexterity saving throw. If you succeed you take 25% damage and the other 75% is returned to the creature. If you fail you take 50% damage and the other 50% is returned to the creature.
