Cold Gaze

You stare at a creature within range, and they must make a wisdom saving throw. On a failure, they take 1d10 cold damage and are frightened of you. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and isn't frightened, and the creature can make another wisdom saving throw at the end of their turn to dispel the effect. For every level above 1, the spell deals an extra 1d10 cold damage.
