A thin needle of corrosive acid flies out of its vial and strikes a creature within range. A creature targeted by this spell must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 6d10 acid damage and falls prone until the spell ends. A creature affected by the prone condition caused by this spell can not use their own movement to stand up and has disadvantage on any dexterity skill checks. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and does not fall prone.
Undead have disadvantage on this saving throw. Oozes are immune to the effects of this spell.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 5th.
