Beauty of Golden Mean

This spell is created from a classic in Kara-Tur and the clerical bards from temples in Shen Lung always chant it when they try to cleanse the sins from the confessors.

The melody will lift the laurel and the laurel will release wind energy to either companions with adverse conditions or enemies. If the breeze blows at the companions, one adverse condition will be removed. If the breeze blows at enemies, a disadvantage will be given to them.

(However, celestial, construct, dragon, fey, ooze and elemental will not be affected.)
