You raise your hand towards one creature within range, chanting arcane words (GAY GAY GAY). With a twisting motion of the hand wild magic surges through you and towards the targeted creature, a beam of rainbow light briefly envelops them. You can choose one of two effects to happen

• Roll two d8 and add the result. The targeted creature is now resistant to the corresponding damage result on the chart below
• Roll two d8 and add the result. The targeted creature is now Vulnerable  to the corresponding damage result on the chart below

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can add or subtract a 1 number per higher spell slot from the result. Ie: if you cast at 3rd level and roll an 8 you can change it to be up to a 10 or 6.
