Bizarre's permanency

This spell has the user temporally allows the user manipulate the weave of spells to make other wise temporary spells permanent, you can only have up to 3 permanent spells at a time it only effects you and only spells with with self, touch or it effects a willing creature are affected. Concentration spells cant become permanent but it last 8 hours without concentration but it treated as a permanent spell for your active spells and you can only use this effect once per day and only have one active it doesn't have an effect on spells that drastically alters you in a way that changes your shape, giving a negative effect, race, alignment, species, or visibility. spells that can be made permanent are spells like dark vision, detect magic, enlarge/reduce, spider climb. This spell has no effect on spells like haste/slow, gaseous form, polymorph, invisibility, and any spell 5th lvl or higher. You can not have overlapping spell effects example you cant have both dark vision and detect magic active at the same time as both require the use of vision if you've been enlarged you cant be enlarged again but you can be reduced but not a second time. This spell can only be ended by dispel magic or a wish spell temporary hp can not become permanent.
