create up to 5 strings of invisible rubber gum (which have the properties of both rubber and gum) from your body and point to a place within 30ft for the other end to attach to, you can use your reaction at any point to retract any number of "Bungee Gums". if you attach it to an object, a single strand can pull no more than 5 pounds but combining bungee gums can either increase range(30ft to 60ft etc) or increase pull strength (from 5 pounds to 10 pounds etc). if you attach it to a creature you can pull the creature, the creature makes a strength saving throw or is pulled 5ft for every string of bungee gum attached, doubling bungee gums range also doubles the number of strings required to increase distance pulled. You can also detach either end of the Bungee Gum and attach to another object in range, retracting normally. Retracting a string of bungee gum does not dispel it, instead Bungee Gum's elasticity stops pulling the objects until another reaction is used to pull them back together.
the maximum number of Bungee Gum strings you can have activated at one time increases as you gain levels, from five at 1st level, to ten at 5th level, to twenty at 11th level, to thirty at 17th level.
