Venomous Touch

Thick black Ichorous venom beads up on the surface of a weapon you can touch, lasting for one hour.

Any living creature hit by an attack from that weapon in that time must make constitution saving throw.

The creature takes 6d6 poison damage on a failed save, then half as much poison damage at the start of their next turn and cannot regain hit-points until the end of their next turn.

A creature that makes its save only takes half as much poison damage. 

Casing the spell at a higher level increases the damage by 1d6 and duration by 10 minutes for each addition level .
