When casting this spell a green portal will appear 10ft behind the target. A hooded ghosts will appear from the portal to try and pull the target into the portal, sending him to Brazil.

the target must successed on a Strength saving throw or be pulled to Brazil. on a failed save the target will remain in Brazil until the start of your next turn, the target will take 4d8 psychic damage.

The target will speak normally but when asked about the portal it won't be able to talk about what it saw inside the portal and only say " they will come for us".
