Accelerate

The user accelerates time for themselves and makes them move at double the rate of standard time. During this, the user gains the option to make an extra move during their turn; as well as pass any DEX saving throws automatically.

When the spell ends, the target can't move or take actions until after its next turn, as a wave of lethargy sweeps over it.
