Spell can be cast to inflict damage or used to enchant weapons for greater damage
When attacking: Opponent must beat a Dexterity: 11 check in order to avoid the spell and its effects. If not then roll 2 D8 for damage. After every turn the opponent must try to extinguish the endless flames. They can do this by unequipping their equipment if they had any or by beating a Dexterity: 11 check. Upon failure roll a D4 for damage
When enchanting weapons: For attacks with the enchanted weapon add an additional D6 for damage on top of your weapons base damage and any other additional effects
