After casting this spell, a dazzling array of flashing, colored light springs from your hand. It can cover a 5 square feet surface at level 1 and gains 5 square feet for each level. This spell can be used on creatures as well for decoration or used to temporarily blind them unless they wash, wipe, or clean it off in any way. If used on a creature, they must make a constitution saving throw and on a fail, they are blinded. On a surface, it appears to have a aurora effect swirling with colors of your choice.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell at a higher level, the area of the spell can be increased by 5 square feet. At level 2, this spell when used on a creature does 1d6 damage and add half of that roll for every level higher. At level 3, it can be used to create things in the air and it can also now be animated.
