Xtanqyjùr's Omnipresent Ocean

You focus the fabric of space around yourself. When you cast this spell, take note of your location, as well as the location of up to three creatures within range of your choice. A looped dimension with its own spatial orientation called a "surface" is anchored on each of these creatures. If they move from where they were when you cast the spell, the origin of their surface moves with them.

On the turn of any creature within range whose Intelligence is 10 or higher, they can use a bonus action to change which surface they are situated on. For example, if you cast the spell and then move 10 feet north and 15 feet west, the next creature can switch to your surface, instantly teleporting 10 feet north and 15 feet west of where they were. Such teleportation counts as a Disengage. If a creature cannot move the full distance (i.e. because the space is obstructed), the movement will be inverted (in our example, causing the creature to move 10 feet south and 15 feet east). If this space is also obstructed, the creature must take [roll]1d4[/roll] non-avoidable force damage and lose the rest of their turn.

In addition to using a bonus action, a creature can forfeit their action and move again either with the surface they are already on or onto another.

If two areas of effect of Xtanqyjùr's Omnipresent Ocean overlap, the one cast by the creature with a higher spell save DC is preserved in the overlapping area. However, any creature who uses the spell's effects in this area takes the aforementioned [roll]1d4[/roll] non-avoidable force damage.

Any creature who has their own surface (you of any of the creatures you selected when you cast the spell) can use their action to move another creature to their surface. The affected creature must make an Intelligence saving throw against your spell save DC or be moved.
