You touch two tiny or smaller objects together, magically fusing them at their contact points and making them into one object. The bond is only as strong as the weakest object's durability and the DM decides how the objects interact.
If one of the objects is a weapon or weapon hilt, the new object may be used as a weapon, if this weapon was fused with the body part of a monster, the weapon gains characteristics of the monster's body part, examples being a spear to a spear for a spear with reach, or causing extra fire damage if fused with the claw of a fire dragon). The size of one of the objects may increase or decrease partially to make the weapon usable. The weapon can hit 2d10 times before destroying the non-weapon item if it is not a magic item, and then dispelling the spell; or, your DM can make give it a different durability depending on the item.
The fusing can also be done with an arrow, allowing you to attach various items to an arrowhead, the DM determines if this affects your aim and what effect the arrow has, which varies depending on the quality of the object. The item attached to the arrow can be detached but is destroyed immediately upon hitting an enemy. Examples would be attaching a beholder eye to create an anti-magic arrow or an immovable rod to activate the rod upon impact.
Using it on a shield may create an off-hand weapon for two-weapon fighting, a shield that doubles as a sword, or a sword that doubles as a shield (DM discretion). If an explosive is used on the shield, it could explode when hit.
If you attempt to fuse the body part of a creature with a challenge rating above 4, or a magic item that is above common rarity, the spell fails. If you fuse more than 3 objects at a time or attempt to fuse an item that is already fused, the spell fails. You have a mental picture of all the items you have currently fused and can un-fuse any of them from any range with an action.
At Higher Levels: The challenge rating of the monster part you can fuse increases by 4 for each level above one. The magic item you can fuse can be uncommon at 2nd level, rare at 3rd level, very rare at 4th level, legendary at 5th level and an artifact at 6th level. The size category of the objects increases to small at 3rd level, medium at 5th level and large at 7th level.

I only have a free account, but I love this spell and made my own copy of it so I can use it for my own characters.
