You assume the form of an indestructible bush duration. The new form can be of any kind of bush. The bush can't be leafless or dead, and you need to have seen that kind of tree once.
Your game statistics will become temporarily obsolete, though you retain your alignment and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. You also retain all of your skill and saving throw proficiencies.
You temporarily lose all your hit points and Hit Dice. When you revert to your normal form, you return to the number of hit points you had before you transformed.
You retain the benefit of any features from your class, race, or other source and can use them, provided that your bush form is physically capable of doing so. You can use any special senses you have (for example, darkvision). You can't speak.
When you transform, your equipment falls to the ground. Worn equipment functions as normal. The GM determines whether it is practical for the bush form to wear a piece of equipment, based on the bush's shape and size.
During this spell's duration, you will be a simple bush. There is nothing you can do but be a bush. Anyone can hide within you and be protected by your invincible bush self.
